San Ramon attorney, Spencer Smith, pleads no contest AGAIN in Dublin hit and run

Original post made by Litman, Downtown, on Sep 22, 2015

Spencer Smith, the San Ramon attorney who hit and killed a man in Dublin pled no contest again for felony hit and run and vehicular manslaughter, a mere misdemeanor. He is due to be sentenced later this month. They also better yank his law license for life. Even if the man was tragically hit by accident, hit and run is a deliberate act and required the intentional concealment of his crime. No person like this should ever be practicing law even after he serves jail time.

I'm guessing a slap on the hand with a written promise not to run over anybody ever again. Lawyers and judges, 2 peas in a pod.

Got the " slap on the hand" right!!! Drunk, cowardly lawyer-- 1. Chinese tourist -- 0.
