When is SF Sherrif Mirkarimi going to jail for refusing to enforce federal law?

Original post made by LM, Castlewood, on Sep 9, 2015

I'd like to know when Sheriff Mirkarimi of San Francisco, yes the same sheriff that beat his wife and took a plea and was not jailed, for failing to enforce federal immigration laws by allowing convicted felon illegals to stay in SF to avoid deportation after being convicted of said felonies. Had this law been enforced, Kate Steinle would still be alive with her whole life ahead of her.

If a judge in Kentucky can jail a woman WITHOUT BAIL for not following new FEDERAL law by refusing to issue marriage licenses to all, straight and gay, then certainly this sheriff should be called before a judge and thrown in jail until he enforces the laws of the land.

It's sickening how selective the judicial system. This sheriff should be held personally responsible for Ms. Steinle's death and then he should be thrown in jail until he resigns or agrees to adhere to and enforce federal law.

LOL!

This is a joke, right? You mean the SAME democrat who physically abused his wife yet was still elected by democrats to be sheriff?

Democrats at his level DO NOT go to jail for their crimes.

Agreed. We should all have to follow all laws and not be able to pick and choose the ones we agree with.
