BART management nixes controversial contract clause

BART directors voted 8-1 Thursday to approve a tentative contract agreement with its two largest unions, but without a controversial clause that they say was included by accident.

It seems the BART negotiators should run for Congress, they are already up to speed on signing important documents without reading them. The question is what will be done to discipline the employees who caused the problem by not reading before they signed.
