U.S. Supreme Court ruling on Proposition 8 expected this week, possibly today

The U.S. Supreme Court is expected to rule as early as today on the long-awaited case involving California's Proposition 8, the same-sex marriage ban that voters here approved.

Busy week for the USSC. Let's hope they find Prop H8 unconstitutional as they should. Tyranny of the majority and all that.

Scalia is also a homophobic bigot. Congratulations to one and all. This is a victory for all Americans, even those too full of fear and hatred to appreciate its significance.
