This is certainly one of the best food news to happen in our town. Between the dozens of boring food chains, and pseudo italian restaurants that serve veal steaks shaped exactly the same (tradition: processed and frozen veal patties), we really have very little in terms of fresh, tasty food, that is actually cooked instead of re-heated.
These food trucks bring variety, creativity and quality food. We really need it. Between a few Mexican and Asian restaurants, and a few high end ones (which do not fit my budget more than once a year), what is in between is mostly glorified fast food.
I hope this food truck trend lasts.

I thought the food trucks were surprisingly pricey but I did not mind since it is a fundraiser for Amador. Food was good.
