Last day for book sale at Pleasanton library

Friends of the Pleasanton Library are holding the final day of their weekend-long Spring book sale today with 35,000-40,000 items available to the public.

I don't care how convenient and how much you can store in a Kindle or whatever. I prefer holding a book in my hands. Or a newspaper.

I know this is dying and there is probably no point of return, and things will be very different at each generation.

But I'll take a real book, printed on paper, anytime.

Plus, a book doesn't "Crash" like an electronic device does.
