Family activities are fun for all

There are many local activities families can enjoy together, so that parents feel involved in their children's lives as opposed to merely facilitating their numerous interests.

Great article! And of course it is just so great to live in a town that offers such an abundance of indoor and outdoor activities that entire families can engage in together.

All well and good when the kids are in elementary school - what can kids aged 14/15/16 do around town - the article made a good point - parents are shuttle busses taking their kids here and there and then picking up later - but, they're driving them all to other nearby cities 'cos that's where the fun lies for these teens - ice skating/bowling/movies in Dublin - bowling/boomers in Livermore - what's in Pleasanton for them? Nothing.
