Occupy protester pleads not guilty to Santa Rita assault charge

An Occupy Oakland protester with a lengthy criminal record pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges that he assaulted an Alameda County sheriff's deputy at the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin on Dec. 17.

Typical rabble rouser- no sense, no respect for others.
We sure need a way to keep this type off the streets.

Oh, I thought the occupiers were all smart, sharp, degreed but no jobs available, and victims of the mean 'ol free market. But, it appears there are some really stupid and repeat criminals in the bunch too ! So it looks like there are the always have been homeless, never have worked, criminal, union protesters, college students who have never been on a job, and some grads who would like to find a job up to their desires.
Yes, it is sad for some. But don't give more credibility to the mob than is factually justified... Most of that assortment were there a decade ago, and will be there in the next matter what !

The OWS IS and HAS BEEN run by anarchists and society's bums. Although, to be fair, this guy is not atypical of all OWS malcontents, he's a role model for overachieving what is possible when the unwashed masses organize.
