Sounds like a good program, but does it make sense for the City to spend $26.81 as a subsidy for each ride? Perhaps it’s time to focus our limited tax dollars on required programs, and if any money is left over, then spend on those that are nice to have.

I agree! Let's make these old people walk to where they want to go and if they're immobile then that's just too bad.
