When they start giving probation for witness intimidation, it's game over.

They need tougher laws and punishment to deal with sex offenders. This guy is now on the swim team at DVC? How can this be? Is the swimming world that forgiving of sex offenders? This is unbelievable! The guy should have been in jail for a long time and registered as a sex offender for life. All the members of the DVC swim team should be warned about this guy.

What is wrong with the swimming world that it overlooks sex offenders?

I hope he has to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life considering this.

Read the DA's summary of complaint right here.

After reading Greg's link, this guy must be in the jail for at least 5 years. 150 days is ridiculous. I feel pity for victim.
