People move here for the schools and it takes support from the community to keep the schools at the top level. Look at any community with top schools and you will see the same characteristics in each community - solid property values, good business opportunities, low crime rates and full support for the schools - everything is connected for a reason.
There are many places to live in the Bay Area. In the end, it was the school district that brought us here.
