Obama has rejected 21 offers from 17 countries to help with the oil spill.

"But he's working 24/7 to fix this problem."

Article >>> Web Link

Could it be that he is trying to protect union jobs??? If not, why has he rejected help?

What has Janet Napolitano done to fix this problem? Answer: She has exacerbated the problem by having the Coast Guard, which is under her control, stop the clean up operations.

Obama has no interest in stopping the oil spill, or cleaning it up. Fixing this crisis is not in the Democrat party's best interests.

I have a question, just a question, no hidden meaning or reading between the lines message. With that said, I am curious as to what the benefit would be of not wanting the spill cleaned up, and would that benefit outweigh the repercussions or other negative results from pursuing such a course for the democratic party?

M,
Letting the spill continue would devastate the private sector along the gulf, devastate big oil companies, devastate other businesses that rely on businesses in the gulf and related to big oil. In short, this would place millions more out of work and on welfare, thus rendering them dependent on Big Government. With more and more dependent on Big Govt, this renders more powershifting to Big Govt officials, especially Obama.

In short, it is all about power and greed of Socialists who are in control over "we the people."

As a secondary benefit to Obama, the complete devastation of the gulf weakens our national defenses which is also a major objective of Obama.

As a sidebar, earlier today I learned that the U.S. has over 2000 skimmer ships of which the Fed has only dispatched 20 to help clean up the gulf. Yes, 20 out of 2000...not to mention about 21 offers from 17 countries for additional assistance with the cleanup.

That is my perspective...although I am sure there are Obamalovers out there who will apologize for his lack of interest and lack of action in some way or another.

By the way, M...
I wanted to thank you for your above question. It was a very good one. The answer is very hard for Americans like you and me to fathom. It takes someone to research how diabolical Obama and his cohorts are.

Please take time to do some research on the "Cloward Piven Strategy." This is the strategy Obama is following 100%.

Here is one link on this Strategy, for example >>> Web Link

Also, after you've read this, as an update...Frances Fox Piven...was recently named by Obama to be one of the advisory board members on "Project Vote" which is one of the main organizations that planned, organized and funded ACORN...among other projects to conduct massive voter fraud across America.

Again, thank you for your inquiry. I hope you'll post your feedback to the article above.

Regards...

I want to thank you for sharing your thoughts, and answering my question. While I can't say that I agree with the conclusions here, the input is appreciated never the less. I will however say that indeed there is something hinky afoot.

As far as to what exactly it is, I don't know as of yet, maybe I won't ever but that is neither here nor there. The only real problem I have with this premise is that I have a feeling it goes much deeper and much further back. That is to say while the current administration is up to no good, it goes much further back, and crosses party lines undoubtedly.

On a side note socialism or communism would not best describe what is going on. Perhaps some elements are there but not enough to be adherent to the definitions thereof, and as such i believe it would be best to find a more accurate name for this.

Lastly on a personal note, I will for the first time divulge my political sway as it were. I am not a democrat nor republican, and find enough fault or flaws with the remainder of the political parties to not associate my self with any of them. I like some of the ideas from many of the parties, but I disagree with the rest. I am a self admitted idealist, and believe that logic should win out in the end regardless of politics, or emotion(yes, I know that is a pipe dream). I believe that we can strive for our ideals without having to trample the needs or beliefs of others who may disagree, and that it is possible to come together from differing points of view and form a better more rounded solution to any given problem than what partisan politics has been capable of producing.

The rejection of foreign vessels to help with the clean-up has been verified. Something about the Jones Act and protection of our union workers. He surely wouldn't want to get those large union campaign contributions damaged in any way.

But, I'm sleeping better since Obummer went on national television and assured me that he has been on this oil situation since day one. He is truly a saint.

Looks like it is almost over for Obama but actually it is our fault for electing someone so lacking in capability and experience and then when you factor in the immaturity factor the disaster we see starts. I voted for him once but not again.

Points to ponder:
Obama is a lawyer...dumber than you know what except in their expertise...if they have any. They think they know it all when they really know nothing unless they study it.

IDEALISM AND LOGIC DO NOT MATCH UP. THEY CANNOT MATCH UP. SOMEONE PASS THE PIPE AROUND ONE MORE TIME! (ie. let's all love each other so there is no war. realistically? can't happen because we are hateful, greedy, power hungry, human).

Oil spill chronology: Obama declares the OK to drill in the waters (gulf). Within days, the worst oil spill ever happens...in the gulf. Obama slinks slowly towards helping out. Looks like a worse case of Katrina. Continues to "resolve" the spill s.l.o.w.l.y.....
hmmmm. Meanwhile, threatening BP with excessive additional fees, etc. Will this support terrorism? Many more issues but I am tired and angry.
Question: Was the oil leakage a case of SABBOTAGE brought on by subordinates of Obama? (whether he is immediately aware or not? (nice on my part). Could he be a minor puppet in a much bigger picture?)

CHEW ON THIS TIL TOMORROW. GOOD NIGHT.

Me,
Your comment about the attorney rang true and put a smile on my face. We have an attorney in the family that FINALLY passed the bar exam after multiple tries. This guy is so dumb that if you hired him to represent you on a parking ticket, the jury would probably give you the death penalty.
