Why does Jerry only talk about difficult decisions about sending troops and forget to mention that the U.S. must win this war? The only decision Jerry must make is how committed he is to helping the U.S win this war.

I could careless if Jerry likes meeting the troops or the President. If he really cares about the troops he would be focused on how we can win and get our troops back home.

When Reading comments by readers on stories shows the need to learn the proper use of the English language. A reader commented on McNerney going to Afghanistan and was hoping he stayed "their". The word "their" is the possesive form for the word "they". The proper word for this sentence is "there" which means a place as in over "there". The more we dumb down our students by laying off teachers as in English Teachers, the use of our English language will get worse. And by the way, I would hope he stays there too. Regards.
