2.3 magnitude earthquake strikes Danville

The U.S. Geological Survey is reporting an earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.3 struck this morning in Danville.

This area seems to have had an above normal amount of small quakes recently. I wonder if these are considered "cluster quakes" which I believe sometimes occur before a larger event. If anyone has info on the recent quakes, if the are abnormal, or what they could be suggesting please let me know.
