Original post made on Nov 11, 2009

Deputy District Attorney Ronda Theisen requested the bail for Abdul Walid Hamid stay at $27,000 as the 22-year-old man was arraigned Tuesday morning on charges of battery, grand theft, exhibition of a deadly weapon and a possible hate crime.

In my humble opinion, he should be reported to the Department of Homeland Security to be on the safer side. They are capable of investigating the situation and any possible connections to underground groups.

I see no problem asking for an interpreter. The US is changing rapidly. The way I see it, the more the merrier.

The next step is to grant Amnesty to "illegals". That way, that would increase the size of union membership and up the life style of new arrivals!

Why isn't he being charged with a hate crime for ripping the crucifix off someone's neck while telling allah akbahr?

if someone ripped up a koran at the mall - the muslims would have already burned the mall to the ground.

You need to be asking what is this man doing in your country. Then throw him out. (but please not to the UK,we have more than enough already)

For the record, my previous post on this topic was removed and I thank the PW for that. It was unnecessary and argumentative and had nothing to do with the discussion.

<genuine relief>

I say we make him a Major in the US army. Hell why not make him an honorary psychiatrist while we are at it? Perhaps a couple of cold lemonades at the white house with Barry could solve the whole problem.

It´s not the man it´s the religion. Believe me that behaviour is already normal in Europe as we have more muslims here. Nobody would even call the police if it happened here it´s just an everyday thing.

Please do not expel him to the UK, we are too apolitical and uninvolved to stand up for ourselves. Political correctness has eroded our society from the inside. The fact that as long as we can get pissed in a pub we don't really care about what's going on around us doesn't help either.
But I guess the getting pissed problem will be soon sorted out once we allow sharia law to take over...;-)

We need to think "sensitive" when dealing with individuals like this. The man has feelings after all. To deal with this person an a
"sensitive" manner, the local police should nail him by a very "sensitive" part of his body to an old barn and then hand him a dull rusty knife as they set it on fire.

If he make's bail he's been ordered to stay away from the mall?
Yeahhhh ..That will teach him, I smell a politicly correct rampage in this idiot's future. Keep it up America your pathing the way to your own demise.Good luck with that.

This is getting more and more normal in europe. In norway our social system is starting to crash. Thanks to muslim invasion. And our government apeases islam and does what ever they can, to keep the muslims happy, and the norwegians political correct.

Maybe we need the interpreter to explain that ripping off someone's crucifix is like tearing the Koran. If he doesn't care, and claims that under Sharia Law what he did was okay, he should be put into a mental hospital. In fact, I think anyone who wants Sharia Law in Western countries should be put into a mental hospital. It's a mental disease to call for the stoning of adulterers, chopping off of hands of thieves, and beheading of apostates.

Americans have no guts these days. Instead of resisting threats that are against their Constitutional rights, they let people tell them what they can say, how they must react, etc.. Here, we have a person who has threatened others and because he's Muslim, no one wants to prosecute him. Ok California, lets give him a medal instead! I say, we need to start sending the right message or we will continue to encourage these idiots in thinking that they can do most anything to us and not pay for it! The major media channels hate Christ and make excuses for Muslims, they even mock Christians and suggest Christians are worse than Muslim extremists. This has shown Christians the reality of the discrimination they have chosen
to ignore from all major networks, but Fox. People should respond by turning off all major network stations and petition for Homeland Security to send this man home.

Now, now, now. Everyone settle down. Barry said we're not supposed to jump to conclusions afterall. I agree with vladtepesblog that a couple of cold ones (lemonades) with Barry will have the whole thing settled. Then he can get back to demonstrating how Islam is a religion of peace.

There is no logic in something like this. The problem is we allow peolpe with these extreme beliefs free and we have another Fort Hood.
Obviously this guy is off...he feels the need to tear a cross off someones neck...Wow, how bizzare is that? Who knows what he will do next. There definately should be some background checks on this charactor.

This behavior shows him mentally unstable, irrational, and very likely dangerous, as long as he remains in the community.

This is obvious, as the mall operators realize, which explains their request for a protective order.

There should be some provision in our law to facilitate 'encouraging' a man like this to emigrate or return to an Islamic culture more appropriate to his beliefs.

this guy is not off his rocker, this is just the begining.. we will start to( or already have ) witnessed this kind of behavior.
other countries are seeing worse radical muslim behavior
and i'm sure none of us wanna see or hear of it again. but...i'm sure we will. what we as american's have to do is nip it in the bud !!kick these people out right back where they came from
one little whimper from these type's should mean a one way ticket out of here

Steve Bolin - your comment "because he's Muslim, no one wants to prosecute him." makes zero sense when this post is about him being prosecuted for his behavior. Which Muslims are not being prosecuted? I'll become Muslim if I can speed, hit people that bother me, etc. with impunity. I just don't get it though, only christians are in jail or what?

I spent two years among Muslims. I met some really nice people. However, their religion and their government are one and the same. Their religious leaders are the law, so even if they didn't want to go against the US, if their leaders said they must, they will. The extremists utilize the Koran like Christian extremists with one exception. Other than Catholics in the Middle Ages, if people don't want to convert to Christianity, we don't kill them. That's what Muslim extremists do. They will slowly eat away at our rights until we no longer have any. Look at what has happened already. This country was founded on freedom of religion and being able to express that freedom. Well, it seem to me the only ones that are permitted any freedom of expression are the Atheists and they want no expression of religious belief because it offends them! Well, they offend me by not allowing me the same rights. Look around people!!! Look around and see everything being eroded one little piece at a time. They are hoping that we will not notice until it is too late and if something isn't done soon, it will be.

IMHO, iSLAM is and operates more as a supremacist Political Party than a religion. I was raised to have respect for other people's religion, even the kooky ones, but I can't do that for islam anymore. It is evil.

How come somebody would even consider deporting the street preachers; they practice with the BIBLE tells them to do. Are you anti-christian that they bug you so much? Please try a little bit more to be consistent if you can't be clear.

Luke - watch your caps lock and watch your hateful comments. There are many good Muslims, it is just that many are cowards at defending other religions. They quietly go along with what the radical leaders are telling them, or at least do not resist what is being pushed, like creeping sharia in the UK.
It's just like Obama and the Democrats, another trillion plus in debt doesn't SOUND right to fix health care, but the leader is telling them it's going to work, so they go along quietly.

Jim - Nice work. I don't agree with you on most things maybe but appreciate you calling out someone for being hateful even when they are on your side of the issue. I respect that very much and know that many wouldn't care as long as they were on the same side of an issue. I still think some of the things you've said on other posts had some gross generalizations and a few signs of hostilty but I want to give credit where credits due. Kudos.

Jim - For the record the comment that I was really talking about was when you said, "Christians are expected to turn the other cheek. What does the Quran instruct?" I thought what does he think it instructs? Has he read the Koran? Feel free to quote the book to explain what you meant unless you were really asking the question.

These guys will tell you what they think the Quran instructs
Web Link
There are as many interpretations of the Quran as there are of the Christian Bible, don't those guys remind you a bit of the Cry to God people that have so many Pleasanton folks up in arms?
It's just that, taken to their logical conclusion, what will these two groups teachings lead to for those who would follow?

I have read the koran. If there are any 'good moslems' as someone suggested, then they are definately in violation of that vile book. The Bible is a wonderful and beautiful story; the koran is a vicious diatribe against all other beliefs on the face of the Earth — especially Jews and Christians.

I think he should be reported to Homeland Security as well. He is still young and vulnerable to persuasion and may do something to hurt more innocent people. Lets hope he learns theres other ways to protest then to use scare tactics.

American people will be lying dead and bleeding. How about No bail, and deportation back to the middle east.

I think I'll do my CHRISTMAS Shopping at Stoneridge wearing a huge crucifix and let the muslim boys know how "dissapointed" I am in their lack of the Christmas Spirit. Perhaps we should pass out free crescent rolls.

It may be necessary to put these boys in detention camps, just for their own safety. We can put all the left wing democrats in there with them so they can make nice with each other.

Don't mess with Jesus.
