2.1 quake strikes North Bay, 3rd small tremblor in region yesterday

An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 2.1 struck in Sonoma County last night, the third small quake to strike the Bay Area Sunday, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.

OOOOooohhh - a 2.1 quake! So scarey! Why take the space to report on such a minor earthquake. These are a common occurence in the Geyserville area.

It would be nice to know if these quakes were along the same or different faults. I don't mind reading reports of small (harmless) quakes, but I do want to know what fault they were on.
