If a witness saw him break the window, and the police found him inside the car when they arrived, why does the headline read: Man Arrested for 'Alleged' Car Break-in.."?

Shouldn't it read: Unconvicted Criminal Arrested for Breaking Into Car??

Sorry.. I'm getting tired. I didn't get my nap today.

A great job by the K9 team and especially the dog. I'm always' "up" to learn more about the good things these great dogs do for the Pleasanton Police Department.
