I heard the amber alert this morning about the abduction of a 2 year old on Holland Drive. The amber alert, your article and three other articles I viewed online failed to list the ethnicity of the criminals. Since the police know the mother and the criminals, they must know if the suspects are white, black, hispanic, asian, middle eastern, etc. If the police really want the public's help give us a more complete description of the suspect. Seems like good old fashion police work to me. A child abduction is not the time to be politically correct.

Physical traits would help more than just ethnicity. Fat, bald, tall...But it would help to know names and looks if I was to see them.

"her baby, Davion Bryceon Dunn...
the father, 18-year-old Dimiante Dunn...
21-year-old Kalandre Dunn...
The mother, who is 19, and the other woman, who is 18...
1988 Oldsmobile with 22-inch rims...
They may have ties to Richmond..."
Context clues for those wanting to know race.

Read between the lines...the point is be direct with the information. Give the public the important facts in the case so they can help the poilce do their job effectively.

If she is coming home from a party at 4:00 am with her two month old baby social services should have been there to take the baby away. The father not knowing where his child is is also unfair, more so since he probably knew she was out partying.

The girls and the 2-month old were returning from a party at 4:45am? Nice parenting. This poor child should probably be surrendered to people who can care for and protect him (or her). Crazy.

(Comment deemed inappropriate by Pleasanton Weekly Online staff) They both should be ashamed of themselves. Coming home at 4:00 am with a two month old baby. And him waiting. Ties to Richmond? Sounds like it. Who cares what color they are. They both did wrong. Thank goodness the baby is fine.

She had the baby out till 4am at a party.....

The mother is 19 and the father is 18!

That's the moral to the story of babies having babies! They aren't mature enough to raise babies because they are so immature themselves. What do you expect?

We need more family parenting classes for free for these youngsters!!!

Mom coming home from partying with a 2 month old baby at 4:45 AM? Sounds like this woman isn't mature enough to be a mother. And the Dad? Also young and now in jail. Yes, we need more family parenting classes for young people. And I hope Child Protective Services places this baby with someone else!
