what else is there to know exactly? Sounds like the police already told you a lot. Thankfully,every minor car accident without major injuries is not enough to report here.

Obviously sounds like street racing to me. Let's see... two cars involved, with one crashing into a tree on a pitch black curvy road. A deer may have jumped out, but how could two cars be involved with only one of them crashing?

Oops, Sorry, my mistake. The police said there were two cars involved but a passerby said the accident happened when the driver tried to avoid a deer. Just trying to get clarification. Police report wasn't completed when I called. Thought I might get more details this way, obviously not.
