Traffic accident on across from the library

I was wondering if the people in the accident on Friday around 11:30 across from the library are ok. 2 firetrucks and police and ambulance was enroute...Cars where sure smashed I think someone ran a red light.
I just hate seeing things like that....upsetting to me.

One car ran a red light and t-boned the other. someone said both drivers were driving without licenses. one of the cars had a kid in it but he they were not hurt. police need to arrest the drivers when they are driving without a license.
