Who's responsible for cleanup around DMV?

Original post made by E. Resare, Val Vista, on Jun 16, 2009

As beautiful as our town is, it's hard to see the DMV landscaping so unkempt. Weeds are growing everywhere and branches, leaves and weeds are all over the sidewalk and curbs. Who should be maintaining this?

I found some information on the city website
Web Link
and it looks like these contacts in Code Enforcement may be able to steer you in the right direction.

Walter Wickboldt (925) 931-5620
Wayne Weimer (925) 931-5621

Good Luck!

DMV is the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles. The State of California is responsible just as any other property owner.

Just walk in the front door and ask for Arnold.

You're welcome..
