California Economics in a nutshell

For anyone who does not feel they have a good understanding of what the economic conditions are in California the link below is a nice read. It is pretty simplistic and leaves out the government workers 3 point retirement program, industrial business leaving the state, and the rich leaving the state but not a bad piece.
