Dare I say that seat belts work. I think that somebody should be cited for not wearing a seatbelt. Were they tress passing?

Police are able to enforce only a few traffic laws on private property (DUI and Reckless driving)so there are unable to issue anyone a citation.

Cholo...you will get some lessons in compassion before your days are over.

Shut up lisa. We are a nation with laws. Was she or the driver drunk or high on drugs at the time of the accident? If they were intoxicated, will they be cited for breaking the laws of the State of California?

I'm glad they're off the streets and that no innocent pedestrians or other motorists or animals were injured.

Take the high road lisa and support our laws! Also, use SAFETY BELTS everybody!

Cholo:
Of course, she should have been wearing a seatbelt- that lesson is obvious. But this is not the time for scolding; it is time for compassion and prayers for the Furphy family. Please understand that this young girl missed her high school graduation due to this tragic incident. Right now Bree should focus on healing- please save your accusations for later.

And Bree:
Feel better! We kept you in our hearts at graduation and we will continue to until your full recovery :)

Cholo-
If the family reads this, you don't think they know this????
Don't kick them when they are down. Send them prayers and well wishes for a speedy recovery.

She is a wonderful girl and it is an amazing, loving, kind family that would do anything for anyone. Hang in there guys. We are all thinking and pulling for you. We love you.

Cholo, you have no heart. Yes, we know that she should have been weaing her sealtbelt, but she made a mistake and now she knows what the consiquinces are. You should just be hoping that she gets better. I for one, hope that she gets better and am so sad that she had to miss her graduation. It is such an important day. Feel better!

Happy you do not live in Pleasanton, Cholo.
Sorry your vocabulary seems to be limited to expletives.

Breanna's Family, These comments do not represent the thinking of those that I have been talking with. On the contrary we all know that by the grace of G-d go we. And so with much love we continue our prayers and positive feelings.
