  1. Well done!

Thanks to all that work to put these events on.

I for one was pleased with the new setup for the beer/wine/music area. Appreciated more room and enjoyed it very much. Music – as always – was great.

  2. Downtown Association always does a good job putting on these events. I do wish (and I’ve heard others mention the same) they would switch up the bands. Seem every year it’s the same core bands at both the Wed. Street parties and Music in the Park. (no – I’m not a musician hoping to get a gig!).

  3. Once again though, we are “corraled” like horses instead of being able to walk about freely with our drinks. People say parents do not watch their older kids and they get served drinks. Well, should that be MY problem too?

  4. Hmmmmmm… I thought I remembered it being against the LAW to “walk around freely” in public with an alcoholic beverage. The City and the PD have chosen not to allow people to walk around with alcohol. Gee, it’s like every other day out on the streets! I, for one, do not oppose the closed off beer garden. It helps keep the alcohol out of minors hands, which is more important than people not feeling like horses.

  5. This was my first time attending the downtown event. It was wonderful! The people attending, as well as the vendors, were all in great spirits. Kudos to the Downtown Association for putting together such a spectacular
“break” in the middle of the long week. I am proud to say I live in Pleasanton…. this is just one of the reasons why! Just a thought to those of you sending in complaints…… We are blessed to live in such a great community! Let us be thankful and kind to one another.
