Coroner IDs man found dead in Dublin

The Alameda County coroner's bureau has identified a 47-year-old Roseville man who was found dead of an apparent drug overdose beside a backyard hot tub in Dublin on Wednesday.

Since when is an illegal substance given a "normal amount for recreational use" classification? Both the word "normal" and the word "recreational" are inconsistent with the notion of "illegal" and/or "illicit", I'd think. Is this a legal term?

People who chose to live that lifesytle get what they deserve. Sorry, I can't seem to dig up any sympathy here.
