Amador Valley We the People makes top 10 finals at Nationals!

The Amador Valley "We the People" competition civics team has just found out that they are in the 10 ten out of 50 competing states after 2 days of preliminary competition and will compete in the finals tomorrow in Senate hearing rooms on Capitol Hill! The National Champion for 2008 will be announced at an awards banquet tomorrow (Monday) evening.

Why was this stellar accomplishment not broadcast over the new sound system installed last week on the sports field?

Surely the enhancements would have enabled broadcasting these winners throughout the community both LOUDLY and CLEARLY.
