Harvest Park Parents Block Sidewalk-Walnut Grove students Squeeze Between Their Bumpers

Walnut Grove students who get out early and walk home on the sidewalk that goes by the Harvest Park Middle School parking lot on Harvest Drive usually have a clear sidewalk. As time goes by and more Harvest Park parents arrive to pick up their children, the sidewalk becomes completely blocked by vehicles. You might think the Harvest Park parents would be careful to leave the sidewalk clear for pedestrians, but you would be wrong.
Very small children walking home from Walnut Grove Elementary School are faced with a completely blocked sidewalk. They must thread between bumpers. Often the drivers of these vehicles are high up in SUVs or other raised vehicles, reducing visibility, and very often they're on the phone. It's unnerving to watch these little kids wind their way among the trucks.
I don't have children at either school, I am a neighbor. If you are all comfortable with this situation, that's fine. It seems like a risky situation to me.
