Okay, so go to Safeway and buy your favorite graham crackers, or, if you're not a graham cracker fan, Liebniz butter cookies work great, (they're near The Little Schoolboy chocolate cookies.) You also need a package of chocolate chips, and a can of fat free, (or not), condensed milk.
So, go home and get out a pie plate or a 8 by 8 inch brownie pan. Take the crackers or cookies and break them up in the pan. Big pieces, don't work at this. Then pour in the whole can of condensed milk. Then pour chocolate chips on top. As many or as little as you like. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Okay, so after it cools a little you can eat it. It's soupy and goopy and good. Then put it in the fridge until it's cold. Then put it on the table with a fork, glass of milk and the Pleasanton Weekly. It is sticky and chewy and chocolately and really good.
If you forget to butter the pan, which you might because I forgot to tell you, it's even better because it slows you down. You have to really dig at it with a fork. It's work, and keeps you from eating the whole thing at once. Hopefully.
