I definitly understand your frustration! I was a manager in retail for 8 years and the holiday season makes things a LOT more stressful. No excuse on the managers part though. In most cases the customer is always right and it seems as if they were having a bad day and wanted to make yours just as bad. My advice to you: call the store and ask who their store manager is (NOT the manager on duty), ask to speak with them and explain the situation (and the rudness you encountered). If they will not do anything, ask for their district managers name and number (they would be STUPID not to give it to you as there are other ways to get it). I gurantee you, someone will do something and you will not end up with a pair of pants you can't wear. And if all else fails or they won't give you names, call another store and speak with that manager. Good luck!
