Stockton man arrested in Safeway assault

Horacio Walls, an 18-year-old Stockton resident, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly striking a Pleasanton Safeway manager with a skateboard. Walls and four other young men reportedly tried to videotape themselves skateboarding through the Safeway at 1701 Santa Rita Road around 9 p.m. Dec. 8.

I guess there must not be enough to do in Stockton for the youngster.
Again, lack of imagination, respect, and a solid sense of right and wrong. More likely he needs training, discipline, and authority...put him in the Marine Corp...yeh, thats it....

a skateboard can seriously hurt if the trucks hit, that should be assault with a deadly weapon
