She has worked for Home Savings and First Nationwide as well as managing a large retail operation for a mortgage broker for eight-and-a-half years. As the Pleasanton office manager, she will be responsible for the Tri-Valley and the Fremont-Newark-Union City areas as well as for recruiting additional experienced loan officers.
"What attracted me to Mason-McDuffie is that it's not as difficult to get things done because the firm doesn't have many layers of management," James said. "And, they know these markets."
She holds both California and national mortgage licenses and is an affiliate member of the Bay East Association of Realtors. She has been recognized as affiliate of the year for her service to the organization.
