The 10th annual Thanksgiving Prayer Breakfast, hosted by CityServe of the Tri-Valley, is returning to Pleasanton on Nov. 21 from 7-9 a.m. at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pleasanton at the Club.
Seen as the kickoff to the Tri-Valley's "Season of Serving", the event brings together public officials, pastors, business owners, nonprofit representatives and community leaders to "reflect and celebrate the ways we work together to provide dignity and support to all our neighbors -- all year, every year."
"It's always an honor to host the Thanksgiving Prayer Breakfast, and I'm excited this year in particular to reflect on a decade of collaboration and share exciting plans for 2023," CityServe CEO Christine Beitsch-Bahmani said. "Our collective commitment to community is a key reason our region is such a special place to live."
The keynote speaker will be Dan Kimball, author and founder of Vintage Faith Church in Santa Cruz. For tickets and other information, visit cityservecares.org.

The school board and cabinet members will be in attendance for the event, which is scheduled to run from 5:30-7 p.m. at Amador Valley High School. Visit www.pleasantonusd.net for details.
