Admission is free, with seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Seating is limited, but seats cannot be reserved in advance.
This month's lectures will take place at the Bankhead Theater, 2400 First St. in downtown Livermore, at 9:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. the next four Saturdays.
Students receive a "Student Notes" worksheet to record key information from the talk. The worksheet will be marked with the official "SOS" (Science on Saturday) stamp at the end of the presentation, as some science teachers in the area offer extra credit for the worksheet completion.
