Pleasanton seniors choose many different arenas to move their muscles, from fitness classes at the local senior center to casual tennis matches with friends. Some exercise alone, while for others, community is critical to staying active.

  1. We play tennis twice/week at the Livermore Valley Tennis Club. Our group has the following ages: 72, 79, 81 and two 88 year olds. One of the 88 year old players just returned from heart bypass surgery!

    We play doubles and rotate the fifth player in when we have five.
