Pleasanton police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect caught on camera using a stolen credit card.

On June 29, someone broke a car window in the 4600 block of Chabot Drive in Pleasanton and stole a purse from the vehicle. Fraudulent charges have been made on credit cards taken from the purse. Pleasanton police recently obtained footage from a 7-Eleven in Livermore showing a white male adult using one of the stolen cards.

The suspect in the video is a 5’10 man with brown hair and a thick build wearing shorts and a white T-shirt. Pleasanton police estimate his age is between 20 and 30 years old.

The video has been posted on the Pleasanton Police Department’s Facebook page.
