The final Goodguys Rod and Custom show of the year will close at 4 p.m. today at the Alameda County Fairgrounds.
At the 26th Autumn Get-Together, Goodguys car fans will get a close up glimpse of just how eclectic the modern day hot rodding scene is. Acres of American made and powered hot rods, customs, classics, and trucks, many glistening with candy colors, will sprawl through the Fairgrounds. Plus, there will be exhibits, swap meets, cars for sale and the always popular Goodguys AutoCross event.
Coming just after Veterans Day, Goodguys also will feature a veterans parade at 12:30 p.m. today. The Young American Patriots also will perform with the Pleasanton Military Families organization hosting its Pack out program, giving show-goers a chance to donate care packages that will be sent to local troops deployed in Afghanistan and the Middle East.
General admission for the Autumn Get-Together is $20 for those over 12 years of age, $6 for those 7-12. Alameda County Fairgrounds parking is $10.
Last year it was sunday only.

Great. Really glad we have this show here a few times a year. Main Street is always a good place too for the eye candy(cars of course).
Looking forward to Saturday.
I really miss the days when we had them on Main street. I’ve never attended it at the fairgrounds. cruisers are for Main street cruising.
I love to see the cars around town. It’s one of my favorite Fairground events.
