    7. Must find a way to encourage more banks downtown.

  3. This Task Force will tackle the most interesting planning project to face Pleasanton in 30 years, and can use many different skills, talents, and training of Pleasanton residents.

The new Housing Element will potentially benefit our local economy, environment and, yes, our quality of life. What housing plan can benefit both residents and employers in a world of rising energy costs, faster communication, changing international dynamics, economic and environmental instability? A worthwhile challenge for sure!

    Please apply and participate.

  4. Really now, banks? Day spa’s, hair and nail salon’s, all those fat sucking botox injecting clinics and of course the “massage parlors” easily have the banks outnumbered 8-1.

How many places do the fat and pampered need to get sucked, plucked, plumped, cut, bronzed and mani-pedi’d in this town?

  5. Interesting limited time frame for sign-up application. Did the Mayor mention this important committee on her Mayor’s report? I agree that this is important! Quality of life…? is different for each one of us.That may be the point…your definition of quality of life is?
