A 42-year-old Livermore woman pleaded not guilty Friday to 67 felony counts alleging she committed sex crimes with two teenage boys.

Christine Shreeve Hubbs, who remains at the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin in lieu of $4.3 million bail, waived her right to have a speedy preliminary hearing and is scheduled to return to Alameda County Superior Court in Pleasanton on Oct. 14 for a pretrial hearing.

The charges against her include unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor, oral copulation, lewd acts on a child and exhibition of lewd material to a minor.

Hubbs, who has a husband and three children, was arrested on Aug. 5, a little more than a week after the mother of one of the alleged victims reported possible illicit activity between her son and Hubbs.

According to Livermore police, both boys were 14 years old when Hubbs began having sexual relationships with them.

In a separate case, Hubbs faces four counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of discharge of a BB gun in a June 29 incident in which she is accused of driving her Hummer recklessly around Livermore while young male passengers shot Airsoft pistols out the window.

Hubbs is being represented by veteran Hayward criminal defense lawyer Jules Bonjour.

  1. Really Christine? Not guilty? I dont think money and awesome attorneys will get you off that easy, but you never know. It seems so odd to me for a woman your age to hang out with young boys for friends. You facebook page had all young teens for friends. That is so strange. In the summertime I spent time with my own children duing activities with their friends and other parents. My own time if I had any was socially spent with friends or neighbors MY own age. Your NOT a teen your an adult. If you would have behaved as one perhaps you would not be in the trouble you are in. I have made mistakes in my life and paid the price dearly. I think it only fair you do the same and get some help while you are still young enough. As for your own family life, thats going to take a whole lot of time, counciling, hard work and tons of forgiving, and then it just might not be enough. It’s a sad horrible thing that happened. A lose lose situation and my heart goes out to her children who will have to hear and take so much from other people.

  2. like watching a train wreck….
And pleeeeeease don’t defend her by saying they boys were blackmailing her….they were learning from the master.
