All BART stations are open this morning and the first trains of the day are running on time, an agency spokesman said.
The 19th Street Station was temporarily closed Thursday night when protests erupted in downtown Oakland after a verdict was announced in the trial of Johannes Mesherle, BART spokesman Jim Allison said. Some exits and entrances at the 12th Street Station had also been closed for security.
There were no expectations of needing to re-close any stations today, Allison said.
