Some Amador Valley High school students became teachers Tuesday, with first- through third-graders from Alisal Elementary School as their pupils.
American Sign Language (ASL) teacher Jen Hoenshall said the “Spring Sign” event at Amador embodies the philosophy of “learn one, do one, teach one” — learning a new skill, practicing it, then passing that knowledge on to others.
