Explore Dublin with the Parks Passport Challenge

Win prizes by tracking down Glen the Guide in Dublin city parks

Tri-Valley locals are invited to follow and find Glen the Guide as he plays, makes new friends and kicks back in Dublin’s city parks for the Parks Passport Challenge.

Keep your eyes peeled for Glen the Guide as you visit each park, and use the new free app GooseChase to track your adventures.

Folks who find Glen the Guide at each city of Dublin park -- including the Wave, Dublin Civic Center, and Shannon Community Center -- will earn “a cool prize at the end of their challenge to memorialize the trip through Dublin’s outdoors.”

The Parks Passport Challenge started this week and ends May 17. After completing the challenge and collecting 1,000 points, prizes may be collected at the following locations:

* Dublin Civic Center (100 Civic Plaza)

* The Wave (4201 Central Parkway)

* Shannon Community Center (11600 Shannon Avenue)

* Heritage Park & Museums (6600 Donlon Way)

* Dublin Senior Center (7600 Amador Valley Boulevard).
