Grammy winner coming to Bankhead

 

Singer-songwriter Marc Cohn brings his easygoing style back to the Bankhead Theater, 2400 First St., Livermore, at 7:30 p.m. Monday.

He is described as a "natural storyteller with the precision of a brilliant tunesmith and the passion of a great soul man." His song "Walking in Memphis" from his debut album won him a Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 1991.
