Tri-Valley Traveling Artists display works


"African Elephants," a photograph taken by Justin Trent in South Africa; "Romeo Pier" by Helene Roylance; and "Fort Bragg Skunk Train," mixed media by Charlotte Severin, are among works by 16 artists in the Tri-Valley Traveling Artists exhibit opening this Saturday (Jan. 5) at the Livermore Civic Center Library Gallery, 1188 S. Livermore Ave.

The public is invited to a reception from 2-4 p.m. Saturday to view the recent works in oil, acrylic, watercolor and photography. The exhibit will run until Jan. 31.

Other participating artists are Steve Barkkarie, Bev Patterson, Bonnie Bartlett, June Ferreri, Helene Hallett, Kathleen Elm, Robyn Leimer, Lorraine Wells, Carolyn Ramsey, Carole Hilton, Dorothy Maestas, Nancy Storch and Mary Jane Hassman.
