'Nightmare' comes to life at Firehouse

Creatures of Impulse, Pleasanton's award-winning teen improv troupe, is providing a "Nightmare" for audiences next week, gathering them around a "campfire" to follow their suggestions to create a dark and stormy night at the Firehouse Arts Center.

Shows are at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Friday and Saturday next week. There is also a matinee at 2 p.m. next Saturday.

Tickets are $7 for students and $12 for adults. Go to, call 931-4848, or purchase at the theater box office, 4444 Railroad Ave. There is also a special cash-only preview show for $2 at the door at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday.
