Ten finalists from the 43nd annual San Francisco Comedy Club Competition will perform in the semifinal rounds at the Bankhead Theater at 8 p.m. this Friday night.
The event is an entertaining night of laughter and a chance to discover new talent in the comedy world, which in the past included Ellen DeGeneres, Robin Williams and Dana Carvey. Tickets are $20-$60. Call 373-6800, visit www.lvpac.org, or go to the box office at 2400 First St. in Livermore.
