The city of Pleasanton is holding its annual Senior Transit Fair this Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Senior Center at 5353 Sunol Blvd.

Open to the public with reservations required, the event will provide seniors with the latest information on local transit and transportation options.

Participating agencies will include Wheels, Pleasanton Paratransit Service, Alameda County Transportation Commission, East Bay Paratransit, Department of Motor Vehicles, Pleasanton Library, Senior Support Program of the Tri-Valley and Pleasanton Police Department.

Refreshments and door prizes will be provided by the city. The center’s Sage Cafe will offer a St. Patrick’s Day corned beef lunch for $3. To learn more, contact Gloria Lewis at 931-5376 or glewis@cityofpleasantonca.gov.
