Jump and jive: California Feetwarmers performing at the Firehouse

 

Travel back to 1920s New Orleans with the Grammy-nominated California Feetwarmers as its seven members jump and jive to ragtime, Dixieland blues and early swing, with horn-heavy rags, banjo stomps and happy traditional jazz.

The boisterous show begins at 8 p.m. this Friday (Feb. 16) at the Firehouse Arts Center. Tickets are $15-$25. Go to www.firehousearts.org, call 931-4848, or purchase at the theater box office, 4444 Railroad Ave.
