Police: Missing Pleasanton teen found safe

Pleasanton police said late Sunday night that a local teenage girl reported as missing had been found safe.

Police announced around 7:30 p.m. Sunday that 16-year-old Emily Claridge was missing and considered “at risk.” Later that night, at 10:05 p.m., police announced on social media that the teen was located and safe.

“Emily Claridge has returned home and is with her family,” police said. “Pleasanton PD would like to thank the public for their help in locating Emily Claridge.”

Pleasanton police said late Sunday night that a local teenage girl reported as missing had been found safe.
