TV30 will broadcast two high school football games on Saturday nights at 7 p.m., including tonight’s game between Granda vs. Dougherty Valley high schools.

Play by play and color announcing will include TV30 sports personalities Ian Bartholomew, George “Dr. B” Baljevich, Tim Sbranti and a high school field reporter. Interviews during the games will include coaches, players, principals, students, mayors and more.

One final game to be covered in will be the season-ending game between long-time cross-city Pleasanton rivals Foothill and Amador Valley high schools on Nov. 5.

Besides on Comcast TV30, viewers can also see the games on AT&T U-verse via Channel 99 and also streaming at tv30.org/

“This is the eighth year of TV30’s all-inclusive high school football coverage and broadcasts,” said Melissa Tench-Stevens, executive director at TV30.

“We are very appreciative of the support of the cities, local sponsors and the TV30 Foundation, as without them we would not be able to provide this coverage,” she added.

TV30 is part of Tri-Valley Community Television, a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides commercial and industrial production at its studio located in Pleasanton. The community television group also broadcasts programming over channels TV28 and TV29.
