East Bay EDA to hold fall meeting in Dublin this morning

ABAG overview, BART bond measure among discussion topics

The East Bay Economic Development Alliance will hold its Fall meeting from 9:30-11:30 a.m. today at the Shannon Community Center in Dublin.

The free event includes an overview of the Association of Bay Area Governments ( ABAG) comprehensive economic development strategy report, a required research document for cities to access federal funds.

Also at the meeting, Grace Crunican, BART General Manager, will talk about BART's general obligation bond that will go to voters Nov.8, followed by an overview of legislative housing efforts by Assemblyman Tony Thurmond.
